-Be aware that you need to constantly change and adapt through life because things don’t always go as planned
-Internships are the best way to learn what you do or really don’t want to do
-If you stay at a career for too long there is a possibility it could impact your career for the future
-Never overlook a mentor; they will help you improve and realize the impact of your actions and fix your mistakes
-Situational Leadership curve shows that everyone learns differently, supervisors should adapt and tailor to each employees needs
-Always find something that energizes you no matter where it takes you in your career
-Change Management is a structured process and set of tools for leading the people side of change
-Change management is effective when the process and tools used move the organization and individuals through a new process
